An injury traffic crash was reported at 4:38 p.m. Sunday on State Line Road, east of Emmons. A gray Nissan Maxima reportedly flipped on its side. A driver was described as being outside of the vehicle and walking around.

2 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Shadoe Anthony Kinnison, 24, for third-degree driving while intoxicated at 1:12 a.m. Saturday at 1606 W. Main St.

Police arrested Joshua Jacob Bronson, 25, for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 2:07 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of East Clark Street and South Newton Avenue.

1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Joshua Trevino Cirilo, 20, on a Texas warrant during a traffic stop at 1:40 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Fountain Street and Park Avenue. At the scene, Cirilo was cited for having no Minnesota driver’s license.

5 arrested, cited for violations

Police arrested Robert Andrew Heijerman, 28, for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 11:55 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Ninth Street and South Fourth Avenue.

Deputies arrested a male for gross misdemeanor carrying a weapon in a public place without a permit after an attempted suicide was reported at 1:37 p.m. Sunday at 21042 715th Ave. outside Albert Lea.

Police arrested Alisha Michelle Boyer, 26, for a harassment restraining-order violation at 1:14 p.m. Friday at 713 S. Fourth Ave.

Police cited Rex Emery Garr, 54, for public nuisance at 4:22 p.m. Friday at 621 E. 11th St.

Police cited Dylan Ray Watson, 23, for disorderly house at 4:13 a.m. Saturday at 134 1/2 W. William St.

Juvenile cited for violations

Deputies cited a juvenile for possessing a small amount of marijuana, possessing drug paraphernalia, underage tobacco possession and an open bottle violation during a traffic stop at 10:57 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Marshall Street.

Domestic incidents reported

A domestic incident was alleged at 10:19 p.m. Friday at at 920 W. Front St.

A domestic incident was alleged at 1:53 p.m. Saturday on Blazing Star Trail.

A domestic incident was reported at 12:27 a.m. Sunday at 2009 Tower Road.

Lawn mower stolen

A John Deere diesel lawn mower valued at $20,000 was reported taken from the cattle building at the fairgrounds at 10:34 a.m. Saturday at 1105 Bridge Ave.

Windows damaged

Windows were allegedly shot out with BBs at 9:32 a.m. Saturday at 1719 Sunset St.
