Albert Lea police arrested Amy Kay Reyes, 39, for fifth-degree drug possession at 12:53 p.m. Tuesday at 621 E. 11th St.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited one person for possessing a small amount of marijuana after a suspicious person or vehicle report was made at 12:05 a.m. Wednesday at 18405 U.S. Highway 69, Albert Lea.

Police cited one person for assault after an assault report was made at 7:17 p.m. Tuesday at 205 W. William St. A male was allegedly assaulted in a club.

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested Deviany Del Angel, 26, on local and Sherburne police warrants and for drug possession at 11:44 a.m. Tuesday at 507 Triangle Drive.

Sex crime with a child victim reported

A Department of Human Services report of  a sex crime with a child victim was made at 7:19 a.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.
