Albert Lea’s American Legion Auxiliary Chapter No. 56 has declared May 19 Poppy Day. Members of the organization will sell poppies from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. that day at Hy-Vee and Marketplace Foods. Poppies are made by veterans and all donations go to veterans projects.
