Thorne Crest Senior Living Community has named Catherine Buboltz as the company’s director of sales and marketing, according to a press release.

Buboltz will be responsible for increasing awareness of Thorne Crest Senior Living Community through marketing efforts as well as participation in local community organizations and events. As a member of the management team she will work to maintain and improve resident and staff retention.

She joins the Thorne Crest team from KIMT-TV in Mason City, where she served as the digital sales manager. Buboltz also comes to Thorne Crest with over 18 years of sales and marketing experience. She is the past advertising director at the Albert Lea Tribune and past marketing manager at 4-Seasons Vacations.

Buboltz is the current board chairwoman for the Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce, a member and past president of the Albert Daybreakers Kiwanis Club and a board member of the Blue Zones Project.
