David Michael McCullough, 55, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017.

Funeral services will be at 6 p.m. today at Kozlak-Radulovich Maple Grove Chapel, 13745 Reimer Drive, with visitation one hour prior to the service.

David is survived by his loving wife, Lynette; brothers Edward (Barb) McCullough of Vista, California, and Patrick (Wendy) McCullough of Prineville, Oregon; sister, Barb (Earl) Laufenberg, of Cashton, Wisconsin; father- and mother-in-law H. Phillip and Shirley Klein of Albert Lea; brother-in-laws Barry (Cindy) Klein of Staples, Jim (Sue) Klein of Coon Rapids and Dan (Kristine) Klein of Maple Grove; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. 

David was preceded in death by his parents Lyle and Mardell McCullough of Albert Lea; and one brother, Don McCullough, of Albert Lea.
