Official splash pad groundbreaking scheduled

A groundbreaking ceremony for the Albert Lea splash pad will be at 4 p.m. Wednesday near the intersection of West Fountain Street and North Broadway. All residents are invited to attend.
A pop-up splash pad with the Albert Lea Fire Department is slated to follow at 4:30 p.m. on North Broadway.
