1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Jesse Lee Tuttle, 28, for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a careless driving complaint was made at 6:08 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of East Main Street and Prospect Ave.

Incidents reported

An assault was reported at 11:53 a.m. Monday. The incident allegedly took place the previous night.

A domestic incident was reported at 8:08 p.m. Tuesday at 701 Water St.

2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Vontrell Dajour Reeves, 20, on a Mower County warrant at 4:36 p.m. Tuesday at 1221 Madison Ave.

Police arrested Xavier Jerome Buckhanan Jr., 42, on a Department of Corrections warrant at 6:21 p.m. Tuesday at 1507 Academy Ave.

Items stolen, damaged

A stolen BMW was reported at 4:08 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave. The incident allegedly took place the previous night.

A work trailer was reported broken into, and two roofing nailers, a framing nailer and one circular saw were reported missing at 9:26 a.m. Tuesday at 426 Adams Ave.

A bedroom window screen was reported removed and a window open at 11:14 p.m. Tuesday at 1325 Margaretha Ave. Flowers were reported tipped over, and it was thought that someone broke into the house.
