A belt buckle was reported stolen at 1:51 p.m. Wednesday at 75405 240th St.

An iPhone 7-plus was reported stolen at 5:46 p.m. Wednesday at 702 E. 13th St.

A concession trailer was reported broken into at 8:36 p.m. Wednesday at 101 James Ave.

An apartment was reported gone through, and a TV and laptop were missing at 4:40 a.m. Thursday at 811 Frank Ave.

A front door was reported kicked in, and money was taken at 12:12 a.m. Thursday at 106 Hague Ave., Hollandale.

Harassment reported

Threats on Facebook to a 13-year-old boy were reported at 6:10 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

3 arrested on warrants, other violations

Albert Lea police arrested Vaughan Lee Smalley, 34, on a Department of Corrections warrant after an arrest warrant execution at 6:34 p.m. Wednesday at 1427 Academy Ave.

Police arrested Rex Emery Garr, 54, on a warrant after an arrest warrant execution was made at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East 11th Street and Margaretha Avenue. Garr was also arrested for fleeing on foot.

Police arrested Chad Allen Hoyt, 44, on warrants and for third-degree drug possession in a school zone after an arrest warrant execution was made at 12:54 a.m. Thursday at 813 Freeborn Ave.
