1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Travis Luke Christensen, 47, for felony domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 3:33 a.m. Saturday at 611 Albert Lea St.

A domestic incident was reported at 3:31 p.m. Saturday at 210 E. Front St. No arrests were reported from the incident.

2 arrested for violations

Police took Kelly Daniel Mahoney, 31, into custody for having more than 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possessing drug paraphernalia, having no insurance and for an instructional permit violation during a traffic stop at 11:46 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of West Front Street and Jefferson Avenue.

Police arrested Cody Dean Weller, 27, for fifth-degree drug possession after a noise complaint was made at 2:27 p.m. Monday at 811 Frank Ave.

Items stolen, damaged

A back window of a truck was reported broken out at 11:35 a.m. Friday at 415 E. Fourth St. Damage was estimated at approximately $225, and no suspects or witnesses were reported.

A business credit card for Youth for Christ was reported used without permission at 1:12 p.m. Friday at 116 W. Clark St. Loss was estimated at $5,979.

A bike was reported taken from apartments at 7:40 p.m. Friday at 517 E. Fourth St.

A person reported that something had been thrown or shot at her vehicle, hitting her window and breaking it, at 10:11 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Willamor Road and Lakeview Boulevard.

A door reportedly had a large hole in it, while another door was kicked in at 5:52 a.m. Saturday at 115 1/2 S. Broadway Ave.

A theft report was made at 12:59 p.m. Sunday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

A theft by fraud report was made at 1:38 p.m. Sunday at 411 S. Broadway.

An arrow was reportedly sticking out of a roof at 2:53 p.m. Sunday at 1025 S. Broadway Ave.

A tan and gray Trek bike was reported stolen at 8:02 a.m. Monday at 504 James Ave.

A men’s red Trek mountain bike was reported stolen at 12:16 p.m. Monday at 805 S. Third Ave.

A bike theft was reported at 12:56 p.m. Monday at 835 S. Newton Ave.

A car was reported damaged while parked in a yard at 6:57 p.m. Monday at 722 Freeborn Ave.

A black Dodge Charger was reportedly among several vehicles in an employee parking lot that were broken into at 8:15 p.m. Monday at 1550 Blake Ave.

A vehicle was reported broken into, with two 12-inch subwoofers and an amplifier taken at 9:23 p.m. Monday at 2400 Consul St. A key hole was possibly punched with a screw driver.

Damage to property was reported at 8:01 a.m. Monday at 1301 W. Ninth St.

1 arrested on warrant

Ashley Ysabelle Lopez, 30, turned herself in on a local warrant at 3:54 a.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Child in need of protection reported

A child in need of protection was reported at 7:09 p.m. Friday at 2020 Tower Road.
