1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Abbie-Rae Nicole Oakland, 31, for misdemeanor domestic assault after disorderly conduct was reported at 8:39 p.m. Tuesday at 1405 Spartan Ave.

Items stolen

A gas theft in the amount of $34.27 was reported at 5:39 p.m. Tuesday at 611 U.S. Highway 65 in Glenville.

A ladder and DEWALT drill were reported taken from a detached garage at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at 203 Adams Ave.

A wallet was reported stolen from a vehicle at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday at Comeback Auto, 1118 S. Broadway Ave. The incident allegedly happened a couple of weeks ago.

A theft report was made at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday at 2464 Bridge Ave.

2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Anthony Allen Kamish, 25, on a warrant at noon Tuesday at 906 W. Front St.

Joshua Everett Carey, 33, turned himself in on a local warrant at 4:25 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Assaults reported

A Department of Human Services report of a child in need of protection was reported at 9:32 a.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.
