1 arrested for drug sale

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Brian Thomas Martin, 44, for fifth-degree drug sale at 7:14 p.m. Saturday at Harmony Park, 79503 298th St.

2 arrested following domestics

Albert Lea police arrested Gary Burnette Jr., 29, after a domestic incident was reported at 8:49 p.m. Friday at 616 James Ave.

Police arrested Alfred Cantu Mata, 61, for domestic abuse no-contact and harassment restraining order violations after disorderly conduct was reported at 4:49 a.m. Sunday on the 400 block of Maurice Avenue.

Items damaged, stolen

A couple of storage units were reported broken into at 5:21 p.m. Saturday at 220 North Star Road, Alden.

A stolen check in the amount of $453.67 was reported at 12:25 p.m. Friday at 1318 E. Main St.

A window was reported broken and a cellphone and cigarettes missing at 1:42 p.m. Friday at 904 Johnson St. Bank cards were moved from where they were at Thursday night and were used at two businesses.

A window was reported broken at 2:01 p.m. Friday at 320 E. Third St.

A 55-inch television was reported stolen at 7:36 p.m. Friday at 133 W. William St.

A wallet theft was reported at 2:09 a.m. Saturday at 134 W. William St.

A cellphone theft was reported at 10:14 a.m. Saturday at Walgreens, 703 E. Main St. The theft allegedly occurred Wednesday.

A house was reported broken into at 4:05 a.m. Sunday at 1709 Waldorf Road. The alleged victim said the incident occurred while he was sleeping.

Dog bite reported

A child was reportedly in the emergency room from a dog bite at 10:40 p.m. Sunday.

1 arrested during traffic stop

Police arrested Felipe Julian Carrizales, 23, during a traffic stop at 1:53 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Frank Hall Drive and East Fifth Street. Additional information was not available on police records.
