Chernyshov was driving a 2013 Freightliner semi tractor and trailer north on Interstate 35 about three miles north of the Iowa border when it left the roadway, entered the median and rolled over a little before 1:40 a.m. Thursday, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Chernyshov was wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash, and alcohol was not a factor, the report states.

The Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office, Gold Cross Ambulance and Glenville Fire Department assisted on scene.
