Theft by fraud was reported at 12:21 p.m. Monday at 88886 Freeborn County Road 46, outside Oakland.

A mini bike was reported missing at 10:04 p.m. Monday at 268 N. Second Ave., Emmons. Tires were reported slashed on a vehicle.
