Albert Lea police arrested David John Vanrooyen for loitering and disorderly conduct after a person was reportedly urinating in public at 1:29 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Blake Avenue and East Main Street.

2 arrested on local warrants

Police arrested Eddy Delossantos on a local warrant at 9:17 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Police arrested Thomas Joe Chavez on a Martin County warrant at 2:41 a.m. Friday at 820 Happy Trails Lane. Chavez was arrested after there was a report of someone eating candy bars and refusing to pay at Trail’s Travel Center.

Child abuse/neglect reported

A child abuse/neglect report was made at 8:46 a.m. Thursday in Freeborn County.

Damage reported

A windshield on a silver Toyota Camry was reported smashed at 12:23 p.m. Thursday at 504 James Ave. Damage was estimated at $300.
