1 arrested for disorderly conduct

Albert Lea police arrested Michael Anthony Livingston after disorderly conduct was reported at 4:41 p.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Items stolen, damaged

Police cited a juvenile for shoplifting after a theft was reported at 3:11 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.

Two dryer tops were reported taken from a poolside laundry room at 2:09 p.m. Monday at Trailside Apartments, 210 E. Front St. Quarters in the amount of $100 to $150 were possibly taken.

A passenger side of a car was reported spray-painted at 5:50 a.m. Tuesday at 809 John Farry Place.

Lana Jean Berberette, 39, turned herself in on local warrants at 11:59 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
