Thefts reported

Theft by fraud was reported at 1:42 p.m. Wednesday at 1430 Spartan Ave. A transaction loss of $257 was alleged.

Approximately $4,500 of pool equipment and a bag were reported taken from a vehicle at 4:41 p.m. Wednesday at 419 E. Third St. The incident allegedly occurred Tuesday night.

Police arrested Tyler Anthony Hall on a warrant at 6:25 p.m. Wednesday at 1010 Fountain St.
