Albert Lea police cited Ricky Charles O’Rourke, 62, for disorderly conduct after an assault report was made at 11:28 p.m. Thursday at 424 E. Seventh St.

1 injured in crash

Beatrice Delores Lee, 89, reportedly sustained injuries deemed not life-threatening in a crash at 1:51 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of East Main Street and Morningside Road. Lee was not taken to the hospital by emergency crews.
