Albert Lea police arrested Levi Allen Sundve, 20, for driving while intoxicated after a car reportedly struck a utility pole at 4:34 a.m. Friday a 206 1/2 W. Clark St.

Police arrested Cole Lee Heilig, 24, for third-degree DWI and an open container violation during a traffic stop at 2:26 a.m. Sunday at 906 W. Front St.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Derek Edward Oakland, 33, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 12:17 a.m. Saturday at 1405 Spartan Ave.

1 cited for violation

Police arrested Nathan Johnson for disorderly house after disorderly conduct was reported at 3:15 a.m. Sunday at 319 High St.

Thefts reported

A gas drive-off in the amount of $71.28 was reported at 12:55 p.m. Friday at Nielsen’s Gopher Stop, 309 W. Main St., Clarks Grove.

Someone reported missing $2,200 at 3:13 p.m. Friday at 33820 875th Ave., outside Blooming Prairie.

A back door was open and appeared to be tampered with at 4:28 p.m. Sunday at 71117 180th St., outside Albert Lea.

A garage was reported broken into with items missing at 7:49 a.m. Friday at 1401 W. Clark St.

A shop was reported broken into with numerous items taken at 7:59 a.m. Friday at 321 Sibley Ave.

A theft of a lawnmower and 5-gallon gas can was reported at 10:20 a.m. Friday at 723 Marshall St.

A wallet with $240 in cash and cards was reported missing at 11:15 a.m. Friday at 909 Janson St.

Theft by fraud was reported at 4:11 p.m. Friday at 412 E. William St.

A full carton of Marlboro cigarettes was reported taken from a vehicle at 7:01 a.m. Saturday at 210 E. Front St.

A theft report was made at 1:24 p.m. Sunday at 1550 Blake Ave.

A Walmart-brand mountain bike was reported stolen at 2:40 p.m. Sunday at 720 Alcove St.

Child abuse/neglect reported

A report of child abuse/neglect was made at 8:58 p.m. Friday in the Hollandale area.

2 juveniles implicated in burglary

Police released two juvenile males to their parents after a burglary in progress was reported at 5:53 p.m. Sunday at 501 E. Eighth St. The juveniles were expected to be charged.

2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Chad Alan Roberts, 49, on a warrant at 5:41 p.m. Friday at 2160 Harmony Ave.

Celsey Lynn Peterson, 20, was arrested in Faribault County on a Freeborn County warrant.
