South Central SCORE Chapter 710 announces the annual meeting of the chapter will be from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Starfire Restaurant, 204 Second St. SW in Waseca, according to a press release.

Special guest speaker will be Tim Penny, president/CEO of Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation. SCORE members will also have the opportunity to hear Brian Alwin, SCORE Regional vice president and Rick Barcley, SCORE district director.

All SCORE member volunteers and those interested in SCORE are invited and encouraged to attend. No RSVP is necessary.

SCORE is dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of the nation’s small businesses. SCORE assists people in starting a new business, buying or selling a business, and providing mentoring to existing small business owners, confidentially and free of charge.
