Terroristic threats and other reports

Terroristic threats were reported at 9:05 a.m. Thursday at 800 S. Fourth Ave. Two males reportedly made threatening comments toward two people referencing the Las Vegas mass shooting earlier this week.
Violations reported
Albert Lea police cited a juvenile for theft of a cellphone at 2:31 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.
A weapons violation was reported at 3:45 p.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane. The incident was still under investigation. More information was not available as of press time.
Dog dies after being ran over by vehicle
A report of a male intentionally running over a dog with a vehicle was made at 2:02 p.m. Thursday at 2001 E. Main St. The dog was taken to a veterinarian and later died.
Child abuse/neglect reported
Reports of child abuse/neglect were made at 1:50 p.m. and 1:51 p.m. Thursday in Freeborn County.
Cattle, donkey missing
Five cows and one donkey were reported missing at 2:56 p.m. Thursday at 70917 135th St., outside Twin Lakes.
