1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Edward Earl White, 35, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated, having at least a .08 blood-alcohol content within two hours and speeding during a traffic stop at 12:59 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Blake Avenue and East Main Street.

Corn, grain dryer fires reported

A corn dryer fire was reported at 6:20 p.m. Saturday at 63948 190th St., outside Alden. Electrical and gas units were shut off.

A grain dryer fire was reported at 5:15 a.m. Sunday at 25619 750th Ave., outside Clarks Grove.

Items stolen

An 18-foot car trailer was reported stolen at 11:04 a.m. Friday at 85374 Maple Lane, Hollandale.

A license plate was reported taken off a Chevy Equinox at 4:34 p.m. Sunday at 2708 Bridge Ave. 

A theft report was made at 9:43 a.m. Thursday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

A theft report was made at 3:16 p.m. Thursday at 901 Luther Place.

A construction trailer was reported broken into at 9:24 a.m. Friday at 2305 Myers Road. Nail guns, a radio and other items were taken. The incident allegedly occurred overnight.

A theft report was made at 1:16 p.m. Friday at 601 E. 15th St.

Doors for three storage units were reported damaged at 4:40 p.m. Friday at 2409 Myers Road.

A vehicle was reported broken into and a softball bat taken at 5:12 p.m. Friday at 721 W. Clark St. A portable Bluetooth speaker and charging cables were also taken from the vehicle.

A coin purse was reported stolen out of a vehicle at 8:29 p.m. Friday at 205 W. William St. The brown purse with a zipper top included a driver’s license, credit cards and $200 in cash.

A theft report was made at 10:19 a.m. Saturday at 1804 S.E. Marshall St.

A vaping pen valued at nearly $20 was reported stolen at 2:42 p.m. Sunday at 1550 Blake Ave. The suspect is a juvenile. The incident allegedly occurred Oct. 13.

2 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Nyaruot Dak Wal, 20, on a local warrant at 8:16 p.m. Sunday at 1014 Fountain St.

Police arrested Michael Ray Sanders Jr., 44, on local warrants at 8:24 p.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.
