Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Chad Allen Lamping, 46, for third-degree driving while intoxicated refusal, texting while driving, failing to keep to the right of the center line and having no proof of insurance during a traffic stop at 1:02 a.m. Sunday on Minnesota Highway 13, about one mile south of the Interstate 90 exit.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Albert Lea police arrested Cody S. Ash, 25, for domestic assault and fleeing on foot after disorderly conduct was reported at 9:50 p.m. Thursday at 126 S. Ermina Ave.

4 cited, arrested for violations

Police cited Tracy Sue Kadlec, 47, for theft by swindle after theft by fraud was reported at 9 p.m. Sunday at 1550 Blake Ave. At the scene, police arrested Danny Gene Zaccardi Jr. for driving after revocation. Numerous shoplifting gear were located, as well as drug paraphernalia.

Police cited Matthew James Rowand, 34, for misdemeanor shoplifting after a fight was reported at 2:08 p.m. Sunday at 2708 Bridge Ave. Rowand was taken into custody and held for $500 bail.

Police cited a juvenile boy for possessing an e-cigarette at 11:43 a.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

2 arrested on warrants

Deputies arrested Weston William Zuehl, 34, on local warrants, fleeing on foot and a Department of Corrections warrant after an arrest warrant execution was reported at 9:55 a.m. Friday outside Alden. At the scene, deputies arrested Tarah Carolyn Hoiseth Larsen for fleeing, aiding an offender and driving after revocation.

Police arrested Nicholas David McPherson, 32, on a local warrant at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday at 202 Glenn Road.
