Missionaries Ardell and Gordon Graner recently stopped to show their appreciation for United Methodist Church of Albert Lea for its 28 years of ongoing support.

According to a press release, the Graners served in Bolivia for 23 years, where their three children were raised, and then were appointed to Dominican Evangelical Church in Dominican Republic.

The church is supported by United Methodist, Presbyterian and Moravian churches. The Graners provide Christian education, host volunteer groups, help with a solar oven project and provide nutrition education to those in the area.
