Police arrested Felipe Julian Carrizales, 23, on a local warrant at 6:15 p.m. Saturday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Beth Ann Belshan, 47, turned herself in on a local warrant at 6:32 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Report of man exposing himself

A man was reportedly exposing himself in a parking lot at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday at 1721 W. Main St.

Thefts, damage reported

A house was reported burglarized at 10:54 a.m. Thursday at 616 Cherry Ave.

A burglary report was made at 8:29 a.m. Wednesday at 64034 222nd St., outside Alden.

A theft report was filed at 11:17 a.m. Tuesday at 2708 Bridge Ave.

A Razor scooter was reported stolen at 5:59 p.m. Tuesday at 116 W. Clark St.

A theft report was filed at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday at 1311 W. Front St.

Doors to a home were reported kicked in at 9:25 a.m. Thursday at 812 W. Clark St. No entry was gained.

Two Beach Cruiser bikes were reported stolen from a backyard at 10:34 a.m. Thursday at 2115 Stevens St.

Cash in the amount of $130 and a payroll stub were reported taken at 6:56 p.m. Thursday at 1550 Blake Ave.

A theft of $203 from a register was reported at 7:57 a.m. Friday at 404 Fountain St.

Two DeWalt razor knives, an RCA cassette converter, razor blades and a Gander Mountain sombrero were reported taken from a vehicle at 4:27 p.m. Sunday at 810 E. Main St.

A hotspot was reported stolen at 4:44 p.m. Sunday at 615 Pillsbury Ave. A suspect was identified.

The back window of a 2013 Dodge Dart was reported broken at 6:10 p.m. Sunday at 1708 Frank Hall Drive.
