Albert Lea police arrested Carter Saul Gonzalez, 18, on a local warrant at 10:37 a.m. Thursday at 430 St. Thomas Ave.

Burglary, theft reported

A break-in to a house was reported at 9:19 p.m. Wednesday at 330 Main St., Manchester. Footage of people inside the home was recorded, and items were missing.

Someone reportedly stole an identification card and fraudulently used an identity at 12:09 p.m. Thursday at 1006 Dunham St.

A second account was reported compromised at 3:25 p.m. Thursday at 906 W. Front St. The account is closed.

Child abuse/neglect, child in need of protection reported

A child abuse/neglect report was made at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday in the Hartland area.
