The Albert Lea Business Development Center, housed under the ALEDA umbrella, serves as a place for entrepreneurs and small business owners of Freeborn County to gain access to the resources they need — such as SCORE mentoring, financing, entrepreneur programming through the Albert Lea Entrepreneur Advancement Program and incubator space — according to a press release.
On Wednesday, tenants of the ALBDC will host a holiday open house beginning at 4 p.m.
Grandma’s Gourmets and Daisy Blue Naturals will offer samples as well as gift packs, stocking stuffers and products from their warehouses.
There will also be an opportunity to meet the teams, learn more about their businesses and register to win a cookie platter just in time for the holidays.
Refreshments will be available while attendees browse.
CrossFit InnerDrive will also be there sharing information about its membership, hosting tours of the gym and will invite attendees to enter their name in a drawing for a membership.
ALEDA is the local economic development organization made up of two separate entities — the city of Albert Lea Port Authority and Greater Jobs Inc.
If you are a new or expanding business looking for assistance or potential help with gap financing, contact ALEDA at 507-373-3930.
