A 45-year-old man has reportedly died after a rollover crash Monday night on Hammer Road in Albert Lea.

Police said they received a report of the crash at 8:36 p.m. Monday on Hammer Road, between Paradise Road and Sorensen Road.

Upon arrival, officers found a 2012 Ford Escape in the south ditch of the road. The vehicle had reportedly left the roadway and appeared to have rolled.

The driver, Jason Kraft of Albert Lea, was deceased when authorities arrived.

Police said Kraft was not wearing a seat belt, and alcohol may have played a factor in the crash.
