Moll elected to the Citizens Community Bancorp Inc. board

The board of directors of Citizens Community Bancorp Inc., the parent company of CCFBank  on Wednesday  elected James D. Moll to the board of directors of Citizens Community Bancorp Inc., as a Class I director and the board of directors of CCFBank, both effective Jan. 1, according to a press release.

“We are pleased to have Mr. Moll joining our board and having a director who knows the southern Minnesota market and customer base well,” said CEO Steve Bianchi. “His significant banking and financial expertise will be valuable as CCFBank continues to grow.”

Moll served as the chief financial officer of Wells Financial Corp. and its subsidiary, Wells Federal Bank, from 1995 to 2016 and served as the chief executive officer and president of Wells Federal Bank from 2015 until August 2017 when the sale of Wells Federal to Citizens Community Bancorp Inc. was completed. Moll also served on the board of directors of Wells Federal Bank from 2013 until the completion of the sale of the company in 2017. Moll has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from St. John’s University, Collegeville, and a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Minnesota State University, Mankato. He is a certified public accountant and resides in Wells.
