Thefts, damage reported
A 6-foot hot pink Minnesota outline on brick was reported spray-painted at 7:28 p.m. earlier this week at The Meraki Studios, 115 N. Newton Ave.
A fence was reported taken out at 10:11 a.m. Sunday at 811 Ramsey St.
Marks on a door and a broken window were reported at 11:14 a.m. Monday at 914 Fountain St.
The side of a vehicle was reported smashed at 10:35 p.m. Monday at 1018 S. Broadway Ave.
Damage to a vehicle from an attempted break-in was reported at 12:37 a.m. Tuesday at 2751 E. Main St.
2 arrested for drunken driving
Police arrested James Duane Carlson, 67, for second-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 10:57 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Bridge Avenue and Glenview Drive.
Police arrested Stacie Lynn Stadheim, 37, for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 8:39 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Garfield Avenue and East Main Street.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Kristin Marie Anderson, 32, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 4:49 p.m. Sunday at 1432 Frank Hall Drive.
1 arrested for disorderly conduct
Albert Lea police arrested and cited Nyayul David Gash, 21, for disorderly conduct after a fight involving three or four females was reported at 12:54 a.m. Wednesday at 1318 E. Main St.
Van stolen
A van valued at $3,000 was reported stolen at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday at 131 W. College St. The vehicle was later recovered.
Child in need of protection reported
A report of a 16-year-old girl being assaulted by family members was made at 6:32 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea. The girl was in the hospital at the time the report was filed.
