The Albert Lea-Freeborn County Chamber of Commerce has started its annual Big Freeze medallion hunt. The medallion is a buildup to the Big Freeze event on Saturday. Medallion clues began Monday and will continue daily through Friday, or until the medallion is found. All clues will be published daily in the Albert Lea Tribune online and in print. The clues released so far are: “The medallion is out there, so begin the search in this wintery hunt, it is fun for one and all. The medallion is on public land, it might be covered by fresh fallen snow, what summer allows and winter forbids. ” Provided
