The Interchange Wine & Coffee Bistro will host “Fragments: A Mother’s Journey through Alzheimer’s” art show from noon to 8 p.m. Jan. 19 and 9 a.m. to noon Jan. 20, according to a press release.

The show will feature the artwork of Janel Beckman, who started to paint when diagnosed with the disease, and spans through a decade of her work. She no longer paints, but her five children will gathe together to show how the progression of the disease affected her artwork.

Beckman’s youngest son, Daniel, is a musician and will play during the Jan. 19 showing.
