2 taken to hospital after crash
Soutthat Boonmy, 73, of Albert Lea and Bou Sou, 92, were taken to Mayo Clinic Health System with possible injuries after a three-car crash was reported at 1:15 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Eighth Street and Frank Avenue. Boonmy was cited for failure to yield for a stop sign.
1 arrested for drunken driving
Albert Lea police arrested Brittany Undrese Samon Epps, 29, for driving after revocation, fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and speeding during a traffic stop at 2:35 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Clark Street and East Main Street.
Thefts, damage reported
Police cited Adam John Churchill, 22, for misdemeanor theft at 12:29 p.m. Friday at Marketplace Foods, 1619 W. Main St.
A counterfeit $50 bill was reported at 7:36 p.m. Friday at 2339 Leland Drive.
Criminal damage to property was reported at 9:36 p.m. Saturday at 1332 Todd Ave.
A gas drive-off was reported at 9:27 p.m. Friday at 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove. A red Honda vehicle was described as the suspect’s vehicle.
A $30.95 gas drive-off was reported at 7:12 a.m. Saturday at SuperAmerica, 23087 Minnesota Highway 13. The suspect’s vehicle was described as an SUV with a small yellow hatchback.
A vehicle theft report was filed at 1:54 p.m. Saturday at 78467 Freeborn County Road 46.
Someone was reported as having kicked in an apartment door at 1 p.m. Sunday at 149 Main St. in Emmons. Vandalism was reported on the inside of the building, and a few items were taken.

Police arrested Fredson Frank, 33, after a domestic situation was reported at 7:05 p.m. Sunday at 940 Jefferson Ave.
1 arrested on warrant
Police arrested Natanael Candelario Coplin, 43, on an Anoka County warrant at 7:25 p.m. Friday at 1147 S. Broadway Ave.
