A divorce, separation or breakup is one of life’s most painful experiences, according to a press release. In order to meet the needs of men and women who are experiencing that pain, United Methodist Church of Albert Lea will sponsor DivorceCare, a faith-based divorce recovery seminar and support group. The 13-week program will be at 6:30 p.m. Mondays starting Feb. 5 at the church.

DivorceCare includes sessions on loneliness, anger, financial management, helping children adjust, forgiveness and more. Participants are welcome to share their stories and exchange strategies for coping with similar issues. All discussions are in confidence.
