The Albert Lea A Bantam and A Peewee teams have qualified for the District 9 tournament, which starts today, according to a press release.

Both teams qualified with a No. 2-seed and have a shot at reaching the region tournament starting March 2. From there, they could qualify for the state tournament, which begins March 16.

The A Bantam district tournament is hosted by Albert Lea at City Arena. Action is set to begin at 4 p.m. tonight.
