This is an open letter to all the health care professionals and their support staff at Mayo Clinic Health System here in Albert Lea. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all each and every one of you did for me during my recent hospitalization and surgery. You are an asset to the organization you work for and the community of health care patients you serve.  This community needs your services, and I am so grateful that my care and surgery happened right here at home. My recovery was and will be hastened by being taken care of by such dedicated individuals.
