I remember in the mid-’50s in high school in Rochester, they had gun club. Kids would walk to school carrying rifles (in cases) and carry them in the hallways to their lockers or to the gym. Nobody ever got shot. Why was that? Were guns different back then? What caused guns to change and become so mean and violent? They were so nice and respectful school children back then. What caused them to change?
