There will be a mindful parenting class offered from 5:30 to 8 p.m. March 22 at First Lutheran Church, 301 W. Clark St. in Albert Lea, according to a press release.

Parents of young children, educators, child care providers, social workers and health professionals are welcome to attend. A free meal is available with registration prior to training date; space is limited.
