Bricelyn student named to honor roll

Andrew Nosti was named to the Gettysburg College dean’s list for the fall semester.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must have a grade point average of 3.6 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

A.L. student recognized

Brianna Shea was named to the fall dean’s list at the University of Minnesota in Duluth.

To qualify for the dean’s list, students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale.

Area students graduate

Jeffrey Swanson of Albert Lea and Sonja Keltgen of Hartland have received their degrees from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City.

Swanson received his Bachelor of Science degree in IT — networks administration.

Keltgen received her Bachelor of Science in nursing.

SDSU names graduates

Spencer Carstens of Albert Lea was among those who graduated in the fall 2017 semester at South Dakota State University. Carstens received his Bachelor of Science in the college of agriculture and biological sciences.
