1 arrested for DWI, 3 cited for underage drinking and other reports

Albert Lea police arrested a juvenile boy for third-degree driving while intoxicated after a suspicious person and vehicle were reported at 11:09 p.m. Friday at 1211 Southview Lane. At the scene, police cited Tyler Harms, 18, and a juvenile girl for underage drinking.
Police cited Christopher John Seedorf, 19, for underage drinking and possessing alcohol after an intoxicated person was reported at 8:14 p.m. Sunday at 315 W. Seventh St.
1 arrested for drug possession
Police arrested Marcus Keith Dean, 43, for fifth-degree drug possession after someone in the emergency room was attempting to use a fraudulent identification at 1 a.m. Saturday at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea, 404 Fountain St.
1 arrested for violation
Police arrested Jacob Steven Segura, 19, for fleeing on foot after a foot pursuit was reported at 7:42 p.m. Saturday at Motel 6, 2019 E. Main St.
Threat reported
A report of someone threatening someone else with a handgun was made at 8:27 a.m. Friday in Alden. The incident allegedly occurred the night before. Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies were unable to locate the suspect.
Items broken into, stolen
A pop machine was reported broken into and items taken at 8:18 a.m. Saturday at 222 Main St. in Emmons.
Identity theft was reported at 9:22 a.m. Friday at 219 Larimore Circle. Someone’s identity was being used in several states.
A dead bolt was reported busted off a door at 2:46 p.m. Friday at 617 1/2 Water St. The door was split. The incident allegedly occurred between April 6 and Friday.
A front window was reported broken out on a 2004 Chevy Infiniti at 5:34 a.m. Monday at 610 Ruble Ave.
Child abuse/neglect reported
A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 9:55 a.m. Friday in Albert Lea.
A 72-hour hold for child welfare was reported at 11:49 a.m. Friday in Albert Lea.
