May 8, District 241 will have a referendum on improving several parts of the district’s facilities, which Hammer Field is the bigger share of the plan. If you enjoy watching sporting events, let alone the other necessary improvements that this referendum deals with, as much as I do, you would know this is well overdue. I, for one, will be voting for this, as I take great pride in our community and to get our facilities up to where other towns our size are.
