Assault reported

A report of a transient grabbing an employee by the neck was made at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday at Love’s Travel Stop, 2751 E. Main St.

 

Items stolen

A 40-gallon garbage can was reported taken at 9:42 a.m. Wednesday at 77436 180th St.

Tramadol was reported taken from a truck at 12:54 p.m. Wednesday at 602 Main St. in Hartland.

A purse was reported taken from a vehicle at 8:20 a.m. Wednesday at 504 James Ave. A wallet and other contents were found on the east side of the building, but the purse was not.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Raul Alejandro Leon, 18, on a Mower County warrant for fifth-degree drug possession during a traffic stop at 6:40 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Mill Street and South Pearl Street.
