The street department will begin chip sealing on Monday. The affected areas include the north-northeast section of Shoreland Heights and the southern residential section of Margaretha Avenue. The work is expected to take three to four weeks to complete

During this process, no parking signs will be put up. The signs will be up for multiple days as the streets have to be swept before and after the process.
