CrossFit InnerDrive celebrated Memorial Day by hosting the “Murph,” which is a well-known workout in the CrossFit community. The workout is in memory of Navy Lt. Michael Murphy who was killed in Afghanistan in 2005. The workout consists of a 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, followed by another 1-mile run. There were over 65 athletes who completed it Monday at InnerDrive. - Provided
