Burglaries, theft reported

Damage to a house was reported at 9:47 a.m. Tuesday at 25 N. Maple St. in Conger.

A theft report was filed at 5:29 p.m. Tuesday at 1211 Swanhill Drive.

Plates were reportedly stolen from a vehicle at 5:38 p.m. Tuesday at 1311 Margaretha Ave.

A break-in through a roof was reported at 9:29 p.m. Tuesday at 600 W. Ninth St. It was unknown what was taken. Damage was reported.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Albert Lea police arrested Cully Thomas Shierts, 21, on a local warrant at 12:03 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of East Second Street and James Avenue.
