Terroristic threats reported

A report of someone stealing a bike and threatening to kill someone if he took the bike from him was made at 8 p.m. Tuesday at 410 E. Fourth St.

Albert Lea police arrested Jamie John Kujak, 29, on local warrants at 5:11 a.m. Wednesday at 126 W. Clark St.
