5 cited for violations and other reports

Albert Lea police cited Isaac William Andresen, 18, of Albert Lea, Riiet Stephen Lony, 19, of Albert Lea and Gabriel John Minear, 20, of Glenville for underage drinking after a loud party complaint was filed at 10:55 p.m. Monday at 511 Pleasant Ave. At the scene, police cited Calvin Louis Adams, 21, for a social host violation.

Police cited a juvenile for possessing tobacco during a traffic stop at 11:26 p.m. Monday at the intersection of East Main Street and Shellrock Street.

Electrical wire was reported missing from a work truck at 5:49 a.m. Tuesday at 277 Euclid St. in Alden. Locks on trucks were reportedly drilled open.

A wallet was reported stolen from an unlocked 2010 Dodge Caravan at 8:38 a.m. Monday at 122 S. Third Ave. There was a driver’s license, two debit cards that were canceled and insurance cards in the wallet.

A counterfeit $50 bill was reported at 9:21 a.m. Monday at 1306 Frank Ave.

Criminal damage to property was reported at 9:50 a.m. Monday at 302 E. Hawthorne St. The incident allegedly occurred the previous night.

Someone reportedly damaged a wooden bench by possibly using  a sledge hammer at 11:02 a.m. Monday at 2201 Stevens St. Damage was estimated at $100. No suspects were identified, and it reportedly could have been struck by a vehicle.

A front door window was reportedly broken in an attempted break-in at 1:35 p.m. Monday at 421 Ulstad Ave. Damage was estimated at $50.

Three to four picnic tables were reported stolen from a park at 3:15 p.m. Monday at 934 Lincoln Ave. The total value of the tables is $1,600.
