Albert Lea police arrested Caitlin Anne Harris, 28, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 8:46 p.m. Sunday at 1715 S.E. Marshall St.

Police cited Michael Anthony Jurgensen, 27, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and having a .08 blood-alcohol content within two hours during a traffic stop at 10:45 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Main Street and Prospect Avenue.

3 cited for violations

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Maxwell John Brick for underage drinking after a liquor law violation was reported at 11:51 p.m. Saturday at Geneva Bar & Grill, 101 W. Main St. in Geneva.

Owatonna police arrested Dawn Angel Wocelka, 41, for a harassment restraining order violation after a violation was reported at 8:02 p.m. Friday at 32761 875th Ave. in east Freeborn County. Wocelka was taken to the Freeborn County jail.

Police cited Anthony Nick Barela, 27, for careless driving, failing to move over for an emergency vehicle and having a small amount of marijuana in a motor vehicle during a traffic stop at 2:12 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Fenton Avenue and East Main Street.

A Department of Human Services report of a sex crime with a child victim was made at 2:19 p.m. Friday.

Thefts, damage reported

A house was reported broken into and a weed wacker stolen at 10:16 p.m. Friday at 11724 870th Ave. in the Glenville area.

Identity theft was reported at 2:59 p.m. Friday at 33955 795th Ave. in the Ellendale area.

Three $20 counterfeit bills were reported taken at 10:33 a.m. Friday at Hy-Vee, 2708 Bridge Ave.

A report of a broken car window was made at 1:53 a.m. Saturday at 517 E. Fourth St.

A report of a male possibly stealing watches was made at 4:35 p.m. Saturday at Love’s Travel Stop, 2751 E. Main St.

A $36.60 gas drive-off was reported at 8:36 p.m. Saturday at Kwik Trip, 2611 Bridge Ave. The vehicle was described as a Ford Ranger with South Dakota license plates.

4 arrested on warrants

Police arrested Cain Elliot Hutchins, 44, on a warrant during a traffic stop at 9:37 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Madison Avenue and West Third Street.

Police arrested Adam Alonzo Avelar, 34, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 1:43 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Columbus Avenue and Johnson Street.

Police arrested Nicholas Danny Johnson, 30, on a local warrant during a traffic stop at 8:46 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Newton Avenue and Pearl Street.

Police arrested John Dewitt Ray III, 28, on a Koochiching County warrant at 10:48 p.m. Friday at 212 S. Washington Ave.
