1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Ker Nae Lay, 22, for driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 12:12 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Eberhart Street and St. Thomas Avenue.

1 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Patricia Marie Boggess, 61, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 10:59 p.m. Saturday at 319 Adams Ave.

4 cited for violations

Police cited Jon David Stout, 30, for disorderly conduct and disorderly house at 5:16 a.m. Monday at 212 S. Washington Ave.

Police cited Kasey Lee Avery, 19, for underage drinking after a liquor law violation was reported at The Nasty Habit, 134 W. William St.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies cited Colton Craig Williams, 24, for operating an unregistered vehicle on a roadway after two to four four-wheelers were reported racing at 8:13 p.m. Friday on Powers Avenue in Glenville.

Police cited one person for misdemeanor theft after a teenager reportedly stole makeup items at 2:25 p.m. Saturday at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave.

Thefts reported

A $45.63 gas drive-off was reported at 12:37 p.m. Saturday at SuperAmerica, 23087 Minnesota Highway 13.

A $15 gas drive-off was reported at 8:22 a.m. Sunday at Nielsen’s Gopher Stop, 309 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.

A black Trek touring bike was reported taken at 10:02 a.m. Friday at 508 E. Sixth St.

A fraudulent wire transfer was reported at 10:30 a.m. Friday at City & County Federal Employees Credit Union, 1719 W. Main St.

Tools were reported stolen at 10:47 a.m. Friday at Broadway Automotive Inc., 803 S. Broadway Ave.

Identity theft was reported at 3:39 p.m. Friday at 2009 Tower Road. A student loan was taken out in someone’s name.

A theft of a bike from a patio was reported at 10:13 a.m. Saturday at 909 Janson St. The bike was described as a maroon Schwinn girls mountain bike with an estimated value of $175.

A black male was described as having stolen about $200 of liquor at 4:18 p.m. Saturday at Eastside Liquor, 2314 Hendrickson Road.

A black, orange and red Trek mountain bike was reported stolen at 12:37 p.m. Sunday at 1302 E. Main St.

Fight reported

A fight was reported at 9:11 p.m. Sunday at Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway Ave. No one wanted to press charges, according to police logs.
