Items missing, stolen

A gun and cash were reported missing at 7:25 a.m. Monday at 248 N. Central Ave.

A Social Security card was reported stolen from a purse at 2:44 p.m. Monday at 909 E. 16th St.

A lock was reported cut off a shed and a bike missing at 5:52 p.m. Monday at 338 James Ave.

 

Child abuse/neglect reported

A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 8:06 a.m. Monday in Freeborn County.

A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday in Albert Lea.

 

Thefts reported, car damaged

A four-door Mercury Mountaineer was reported broken into at 6:36 a.m. Tuesday at 1316 Frank Hall Drive. A $50 flashlight was missing.

Driver’s and driver’s side vehicle windows were reported broken at 2:23 p.m. Tuesday at 608 Freeborn Ave.

Theft by fraud was reported at 3:21 p.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave.

Fraudulent student loans were reported at 3:28 p.m. Tuesday at 411 S. Broadway.

A Trek 520 bicycle valued at $1,300 was reported stolen at 5:50 p.m. Tuesday at 508 E. Sixth St.
