Kiwanis clubs read, donate books to children

- Members of the Daybreakers Kiwanis, Golden K Kiwanis and Noon Kiwanis clubs in Albert Lea prepare more than 700 books donated through a Southern Minnesota Initiative Foundation grant for distribution later this fall. Volunteers from the Kiwanis clubs read to children in kindergarten and younger in the Albert Lea, Glenville-Emmons and Alden-Conger school districts and then give them a book to take home. - Provided
